サークル“E-News & Songs ”10月例会の報告 2015年10月8日（木）
今月のリーダー：佐藤 一雄
このたび東京支部サークル幹事会の承認を得て当サークル「英会話と歌」は「E-News & Songs 」に改称致しました。先ずは読者の皆様にご報告申し上げます。私達は英字紙Japan Timesの社説を参考に毎月1回ｸﾞﾛｰﾊﾞﾙなﾄﾋﾟｯｸを音読、発音、アクセントの基本的演習、更に内容分析と把握、質疑応答そして結論抽出など現在女性2名を含む9名のメンバーが溌剌と学習しています。又3か月に一度、Oldiesと銘打って英語カラオケ大会を実行しています。時事英語のみならず英語歌唱も楽しめるサークル、それが” E-News & Songs “です。 ご入会のお問い合わせをお待ち致しております。
今月は下記二つの社説を研究する白熱教室となりました。（17:00～19:00ﾗﾝﾊﾞｽﾎｰﾙ）
(1) 「欧州と世界の失敗」
ヨーロッパ周辺の、Syria, Libya, Iraqそして遠くはAfghanistanからE.U.へ押し寄せる数百万人の政治的、経済的難民を受けれるドイツ連邦級和国と受け入れを拒否するﾊﾝｶﾞﾘｰ共和国やその周辺諸国の政策と問題点について意見交換を行った。移動の自由を基本とするドイツ連邦共和国を中心とするE.U.の難民政策の柔軟性、又反対するカトリックを国教とする国々のE.U.方針に矛盾する反対行動などについて参加メンバーから様々な意見が出された。結論は出なかったが日本は如何に対応するかについても考察した。
[1] Europe’s and the world’s failings:
We conducted exchange of opinions about policies and points of issues of Federal Republic of Germany who is positively absorbing millions of political and economical refugees swamping from Syria, Libya, Iraq and far distant Afghanistan as well as adverse reaction by peripheral opposing nations such as Hungary and other V4 nations.. We debated a clear divergence in views of flexible refugee policy complied with liberalization of the movement of persons being claimed by German Republics and outstanding nations who embrace Catholic Christianity and who can’t help but perform contradictory measures against the flocking desperate. We also examined our near question how we Japanese should now tackle the issue though we couldn’t reach a conclusion.
(2) China cracks the whip「中国ピシャリと民主化規制強化」
現在中国では人権擁護弁護士関連団体の多くの活動家が厳しい取り締まりにより困難な立場に追い込まれている。中国共産党機関紙「人民日報」や国営の「中国中央テレビ」が2012年以来社会秩序を乱す容疑で約40件の人権擁護活動家を新規治安維持法に基づく取り締まり強化を報道してきた。独裁主義的民主主義を標榜する中国の人権問題は今後も続くであろうが同国が世界第二位の経済大国として国際舞台で活躍し広く認められるためには現状の人権抑圧政策を改め「資本主義的、民主主義的社会主義」に移行する必要があろうとの意見も飛び出した。
[2]China cracks the whip:
A lot of humanitarian lawyers and activists have been pressed for extremely severe crackdown by Chinese government. The People’s Daily, the organ of the Chinese Communist Party and China Central TV have reported that the Government’s consolidation of crackdown for humanitarian activists in forty(40) vases have been undertaken. Thus, human-rights issue in China who advocates authoritarian democracy is expected to continue. Some members made a point that China should migrate its establishments to capitalistic and democratic socialism so as to enable itself to be trustworthy in global stage as a true second largest world economy.
(3) 例会終了後3Fの和食レストランで夕食を囲みながらの愉快な親睦会となり21:30散会。
